Every organization strives to build credibility and trust amongst its most valued stakeholders – investors, customers, employees, regulators, business partners, etc. So when an issue or crisis emerges, threatening to undermine the company, business, or its leadership, it is important to respond and communicate in the right way. In a worst-case scenario, an organization can cease to exist, but in the best-case scenario it can emerge stronger and with more trust.
Toomas will outline the fundamentals of reputation management and the best-practice tips for good crisis communication which apply to organizations of any size and sector.
He then looks forward to discussing your reputation and crisis-related questions – from crisis preparedness to crisis response, internal communications to media relations, start-ups to multinationals, etc.
