About the role
Orbis is seeking a VP Platform Chemistry to lead and continuously innovate its automated macrocycle synthesis platform. This role involves defining the strategic direction of the chemistry engine, driving platform innovation, and ensuring world-class execution across discovery programs while being a key member of the R&D leadership team.
Key requirements
PhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
12+ years of industry experience in macrocycle or complex synthetic chemistry
Proven experience building automated or high-throughput synthesis platforms
Strong understanding of macrocycle chemistry and DMTA-driven discovery cycles
