Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office and contribute to an efficient work environment. This role is integral to the functioning of our company and requires someone who can manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks with professionalism and precision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting functions, including invoice payments


• Manage employee absences, holidays, and company policies


• Manage office facilities, including conference rooms, office supplies, and kitchen areas


• Handle procurement of goods and services


• Coordinate company events and corporate meetings


• Greet and receive visitors in line with company policies


• Liaise with external vendors and manage service contracts (e.g., cleaning, IT support)


• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of records


• Perform various routine administrative tasks as needed

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum CFC office employee qualification or equivalent training


• Proven experience in a similar role for several years


• Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken)


• Excellent mastery of the usual computer tools (Microsoft Office including SharePoint)


• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills


• Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
