Neuria has developed a patented neurocognitive motor training system with which we deliver digital therapy via mobile games to rewire patients' brains to decrease unhealthy cravings. By targeting the main contributors (sweet/greasy/salty food items, tobacco and alcohol), our intervention leads to sustainable weight loss, a permanent shift toward healthier consumption habits, and increased quality of life.

Role overview:
As CTO, you will be a foundational pillar of our application development, with a specific focus on mobile game development. This role is not just a position; it's an opportunity to become a founding partner and play a crucial role in shaping the future of Neuria at a technological and strategic level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and strategic direction of Neuria's technological roadmap, ensuring alignment with our mission and business goals.


• Spearhead the development department, creating a dynamic team environment and fostering innovation.


• Take charge of application development and adaptations, integrating solutions from strategic partners, and ensuring seamless environmental integration.


• Plan and execute the recruitment strategy for the development team, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.


• Oversee the integration of our cutting-edge prognostic algorithms, working closely with our leading neuroscientist research lab to ensure continuous innovation.

Technical qualifications:

• Mastery of C#: Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles


• Unity Environment: Proficient in navigating and utilizing Unity's interface and tools, with a commitment to applying best practices for optimal performance


• UI Development: Exceptional ability to design and implement intuitive, attractive user interfaces suitable for various mobile devices.


• Graphics and Animation: Solid foundation in graphic design principles and animation techniques.


• Optimization and Testing: Skilled in enhancing game performance for mobile platforms and adept at testing, debugging, and problem-solving.


• Cross-platform Development: Expertise in adapting games for multiple mobile platforms (iOS, Android).


• Version Control: Proficiency in version control tools, such as Git, for effective team collaboration.


• Mobile Platforms' APIs and SDK: Thorough understanding of mobile platform requirements, including in-app purchases and push notifications.


• Network Integration: Knowledgeable in network programming and online feature integration.
