About the role
As a Senior or Principal Scientist in Screening Biology, you will develop robust and scalable biochemical and cellular assays and actively perform experiments. The role is hands-on and central to shaping screening strategies, working closely with Platform Chemistry, AI & Computational Drug Design, and cross-functional project teams.
Key requirements
PhD in a relevant field (preferred) with 5–10+ years of industry experience
Strong hands-on experience in assay development and high-throughput screening, including cellular assays
Experience with automation, liquid handling systems, and DEL screening
Experience with biophysical techniques such as SPR, DSF, ITC or similar
