About the role
In this hands-on, lab-based role, the Research Associate/Technician will support biological assays, screening activities, and automated workflows within the Screening Biology team. Working closely with Screening Biology and Chemistry scientists, you will generate reliable, high-quality data to support early drug discovery programs.
Key requirements
Laboratory technician training or BSc, BSc Eng., MSc, or equivalent
5+ years of hands-on experience with biological assays
Experience with automation, liquid handling systems, and high-throughput screening
Exposure to DEL screening, biophysics, or screening platforms is a plus
