The Senior ML/AI Scientist will lead the development of predictive machine learning models and biomarker discovery pipelines using NGS data. The role focuses on building, evaluating, and deploying robust models that power the LITOSeek™ platform while collaborating closely with bioinformatics, clinical, and technical teams.
Key requirements:
Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or related fields
Proven experience developing predictive models from biological datasets
Strong Python and ML framework skills; experience with feature selection and biomarker signature development
Expertise in reproducible software engineering and workflow orchestration tools
