SNH Foundation wins the “Prix Action” from the Ligue Vaudoise contre les Maladies Cardiovasculaires in collaboration with Foundation La Source (Source Innovation Lab) on the topic of Omega-3 fatty acids. The project will look into how consumers can find adequate levels of omega-3 fatty acids in local foods and dietary supplements.
