Serge’s expertise in finance and construction will be invaluable as the Biopôle campus expands over the next few years. What’s more, with buildable land becoming increasingly scarce and corporate social responsibility becoming an increasingly pressing topic for the life sciences sector, we want to grow sustainably, using our spaces and available resources as effectively as possible. Serge’s understanding of the region will be a major asset as we embark on this journey, working towards a more sustainable future together.

Serge commented: ‘I am extremely excited to be joining Biopôle SA at this pivotal moment in the campus’ development. Biopôle is not only a dynamic incubator, but also a major driver of innovation in the region. I’m determined to help Biopôle continue to be an innovative hub that serves the evolving needs of users, while also integrating best practices in terms of sustainability and resource optimisation to maximise the campus’ impact.’

We would also like to thank Michel Staffoni and Andreane Jordan Meier for their dedicated work at Biopôle over the past few years as they leave our board to pursue new projects.
