Resilient concluded an Innocheque Project with SUPSI

Resilient found significant links between objective data from wearable devices and subjective data from daily questionnaires and demographics. These results are promising for further research and are an important base for the personalized burnout prevention system, despite the wearables having only wellness certification and not the medical certification (i.e. we can see meaningful patterns). Resilient’s team discovered increasing average daily stress is a significant predictor for increased average night stress as well as a decreased proportion of deep sleep, suggesting reduced coping capability.

A follow-up Innosuisse project was granted to research & develop a personalized system for occupational burnout prevention.
