About the role
The role focuses on full-stack product engineering within LabOS, developing the orchestration layer for experiment scheduling, execution, data capture, and results processing. Responsibilities include building APIs and interfaces, designing scheduling systems, and creating AI agents that automate decisions across the experiment lifecycle.
Key requirements
Full-stack production experience (TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres)
Strong product instinct and iteration mindset
Comfortable in ambiguity and able to define solutions independently
Experience building with AI tools and curiosity about biology
