In this role, you will support translational and clinical development by integrating and interpreting patient-level omics and clinical data to identify biomarkers, assess mechanisms of action, and inform clinical decision-making. You will analyze multi-modal datasets, develop reproducible pipelines, and deliver insights to multidisciplinary teams.

Key requirements

• PhD or Master’s in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology with 5–10 years’ experience


• Strong expertise in patient-level omics (bulk/single-cell RNA-seq, proteomics, epigenomics, spatial data)


• Proficiency in R/Python, HPC, cloud, containerization


• Understanding of clinical study design, data privacy, and regulatory-compliant analysis
