Role

The Livestock & Aquaculture Microbiome Manager drives global Livestock and Aquaculture Microbiome projects, managing the project pipeline and delivering the product roadmap to market. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees zootechnical and clinical studies, and ensures on-time, on-budget delivery across the Stage-Gate Process.

Key requirements

• Ph.D. in Animal Sciences, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Microbiology, Veterinary Research, or related field


• 5+ years in Feed Industry R&D, including Microbiome solutions and Biotics


• 3+ years managing research and product development pipelines


• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for biotics development
