About the role
Adaptyv is seeking a scientist to build and scale its antibody developability assessment platform. You will develop and validate assays, automate high-throughput workflows, connect experimental data with computational prediction, collaborate with automation, software, and ML teams, and advise customers on developability risks and engineering strategies.
Key requirements
Deep, hands-on experience in antibody developability assessment and real antibody campaigns.
Applied industry experience in antibody discovery, engineering, or development.
Strong understanding of manufacturability, stability, and developability of biologics.
Collaborative mindset with automation engineers and software/ML teams; data fluency is a strong plus.
