About the role

Join the team to build and scale analytical characterization capabilities focused on identity, purity, integrity, aggregation state, and modifications of biologics. You will develop and validate HPLC and LC-MS methods, collaborate with lab automation and software teams, and transform bespoke workflows into automated, high-throughput, productized services.

Key requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise in HPLC (SEC, IEX/CEX, RP, HILIC) and mass spectrometry for proteins/biologics.


• Industry experience in production, manufacturing, QC, or commercial CRO environments.


• Strong knowledge of antibody/biologics analytical characterization, including purity, identity, aggregation, and PTMs.


• Interdisciplinary mindset, with experience working alongside automation engineers and software teams; scripting/data fluency is a plus.
