RA/Investigator – In Vivo Pharmacology

Department: Immuno-Oncology II

Your Mission:

  • Design, execute and analyze in vivo studies to characterize antibody-based therapeutics.

  • Execute hands-on, in vivo work at all stages of animal experimentation, including in-life and ex vivo analysis.

  • Isolate PBMCs and maintain primary human cells (e.g., T cells, NK cells, Monocytes) and cell lines in culture.

  • Perform immune cell-based functional assays using primary human cells.

  • Conduct phenotype analyses, activation or cytotoxicity assay using multicolor flow cytometry and multiplex cytokine profiling (i.e. ELISA, MSD, Luminex).

  • Analyze data using Excel, GraphPad, FlowJo etc.

  • Present findings in team meetings.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE and BSL-2 biosafety standards.

  • Document experiments

  • Support laboratory operations and equipment maintenance.


Your Profile:

  • Technical degree (RA position) or Bachelor/Master degree (Investigator position) with experience in immunology or oncology models in vivo.

  • Strong experience with handling mice is mandatory.

  • Active LTK1 certification is mandatory

  • LTK2 is a plus.

  • Experience in cell culture (human and murine cells) and flow cytometry is mandatory.

  • Proficient in data analysis using standard software.

  • Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment; fluency in French is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Effective team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Experience with ELISA is a plus

  • Experience with CDX models is highly desirable.

  • Experience with humanized immune system models (CD34 or PBMC) is highly desirable.
