We’re growing rapidly and are seeking an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Position Details:
Role: Lead Full Stack Software Engineer
Location: 100% remote or based in one of our offices Switzerland->Pfäffikon SZ, Germany->Berlin
Reporting to: Chief Digital Officer (CDO)
Responsibilities: As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our telemedicine platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the CDO and other stakeholders and your responsibilities will include:
Product Backlog Refinement:Work closely with the CDO to evaluate and refine the product backlog based on the defined roadmad
Hands-On Development:Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. Leverage your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies
CI/CD Process:Drive the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) process to ensure smooth technical delivery
Risk Assessment:Identify and address technical risks and issues proactively.
Qualifications : To excel in this role, you should have :
Solid Full Stack Experience: Proven track record as a full stack developer, working with technologies such as NextJS, React, Java, Spring Boot, AWS/Google Cloud, and SQL. Experience with Electronic Medical/Health Record (EMR/EHR) and digital health solutions a plus
Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (experience with Jira is preferable)
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of German is a big plus.
