About the role

Adaptyv is looking for a Molecular Biology Intern to take ownership of production workflows including molecular cloning, protein expression, purification, and characterization. The role involves improving protocols and automation, executing quality control and characterization assays, working with liquid handlers, troubleshooting biological and technical issues, and ensuring reproducible, traceable data in a high-throughput automated lab.

Key requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science Engineering, or a related field.


• Hands-on experience with PCR, cloning, transformation, electrophoresis, and ideally protein expression and purification.


• Interest in automation and software; Python scripting or liquid-handling automation is a strong plus.


• Self-starter with high standards, strong problem-solving skills, and regular use of AI tools.
