Superlab Suisse is a “Lab-as-a-Service” company based in Switzerland and rapidly expanding rapidly abroad. We are looking for a Head of Operations to help drive our growth and success. As part of our dynamic and innovative team, you will play a key role in shaping our future and making a meaningful impact on the laboratory and life science industry. Our mission is to set a new standard for laboratory worldwide, and accelerating innovation by bringing together all members of our community.

 

To be successful in this role, you must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. You should have a deep understanding of laboratory operations, safety, and compliance, as well as experience in managing laboratory teams and resources. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are a must, as you will be building cross-functional teams and interacting with diverse stakeholders.

As our Head of Operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and procedures, managing budgets and resources, digitalizing workflows and processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also be instrumental in developing and executing our strategic plan, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key qualifications are:

• Biosafety level 2 certification (BSL2) or similar.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.

• Fluency in English. German/French is a plus.
