Job summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with our enterprise customers, as well as driving value within the assigned accounts across the key vertical markets, including Pharma, Biotech, Food, Specialty Chemicals, and Energy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, and a deep passion for customers and partners success. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to navigate complex decision making processes are highly desirable.


  • 5+ years track record and proven results in a technology or B2B environment

  • 2+ years of customer success management or technical selling (pre- or post-sales)

  • Solid understanding of materials science, chemistry, artificial intelligence. Willingness to assimilate and develop advanced knowledge in these fields

  • Proficient in English with outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and general communication skills

  • Relationship-building skills across a wide range of business persona profiles, from technology experts to C-level executives

  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong execution bias


  • Enterprise technical support / management experience

  • Deeptech start-up environment experience
