About Clinical Training Specialist - DACH

As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding and certifying new Clinical Specialists, training surgeons, nurses, and reprocessing technicians, and conducting refresher training sessions for our related German speaking market in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Your efforts will ensure that our stakeholders across those regions have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and provide the highest level of care to our customers.

Tasks

Onboarding and Certification:

  • Deliver internal training programs to onboard and certify new Clinical Specialists, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.

  • Oversee the certification process, assessing and evaluating trainees's performance.


Training Delivery:

  • Conduct training sessions for new Surgeons, Nurses, and Reprocessing Technicians, both in dry lab and wet lab settings, as well as on-site as needed.

  • Upon Training Curriculum Manager approval, customize training materials and methods to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders.


Refresher & continuous Training:

  • Plan and execute refresher training programs to ensure that stakeholders's knowledge and skills remain up-to-date.

  • Perform continuous training to ensure all stakeholders have optimal skills and knowledge.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training requirements and align training delivery with company goals.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.


Training Center Management:

  • In collaboration with the other Training Specialist, manage the Training center relationship with owners, internal & external stakeholders including stock, logistic and maintenance.


Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance assessments.

  • Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and provide insights for improvements.


Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in medical device training

  • Background in Medtech environment, laparoscopy and/or robotic is a plus

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.

  • Resilience and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Fluent in German and English. Other European languages a plus.
