LAUSANNE, September 1^st 2020 – Alessio Ascari, visionary entrepreneur and senior advisor in digital health and telecoms globally, joins GenomSys as Chief Executive Officer.

Alessio combines long-standing top management consulting experience at McKinsey all over the world and entrepreneurship having founded, among others, an innovative digital health player to deliver pragmatic advisory in the digital space.

At McKinsey & Company, left as a Director (Senior Partner), over almost 20 years, successfully drove multiple company transformations and consumer-oriented marketing and operational improvements in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America, while entrepreneurially creating and leading Firm initiatives on the impact of technology on different industry sectors. Latest was the Global mHealth initiative combining Technology and Healthcare expertise. Complements his multifaceted long-standing expertise with a deep hands-on knowledge of the challenges and opportunities offered by Digital Health in mature as well as emerging markets.
