Biopôle-Based Startups Dexterous Endoscope, Impli, and MoleSense Recognized at BIND 2026

Biopôle-based companies Dexterous Endoscope, Impli, and MoleSense have been recognized at BIND – BioInnovation Day 2026, a flagship event organized by BioAlps and held at the CHUV in Lausanne. The event showcases some of the most promising life sciences innovations emerging from Western Switzerland, bringing together startups, researchers, investors, and industry leaders to accelerate technology transfer and collaboration.

Among this year’s standout projects, Dexterous Endoscopes received the Best Start-up Award, while Impli and MoleSense were also distinguished by innovations partners through, respectively, the H4 and CSEM awards, highlighting the strong potential of their technologies.

The three companies exemplify the diversity and strength of the Biopôle ecosystem across medtech and digital health. Dexterous is developing next-generation endoscopic solutions aimed at improving precision and outcomes in minimally invasive procedures. Impli is advancing innovative approaches in implantable medicalmonitoring, while MoleSense is pioneering a molecular wearable platform that enables continuous, non-invasive monitoring of key biomarkers, opening new possibilities for early detection and personalized care.
