ABOUT UNISANTÉ

Unisanté is a university center for general medicine and public health, based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The institution covers the entire healthcare chain, from primary care, care for vulnerable populations and occupational medicine, to health promotion and prevention, organization of the healthcare system, research and university teaching. Its aim is to maintain and improve the health of the regional population. It employs around a thousand people, including some fifty faculty members attached to the University of Lausanne. Every year, Unisanté publishes over 400 articles in scientific journals and holds around 500,000 patient consultations.
