Impli is developing an implantable and wearable biosensor that reads the body's chemistry in real time. Spun out of Imperial College London in 2022, the company is building a platform for continuous hormone monitoring and future diagnostic applications with the support of VC and Grant Funders.
About the role
As an Electronics Engineer, you will develop the signal generation and processing that powers the biosensor, working closely with the electrochemistry team in Lausanne. You will design excitation waveforms, build the acquisition pipeline, and deliver analogue, mixed-signal and DSP solutions, taking concepts from the bench to working hardware with the science team, CSO and Swiss manufacturing partners.
Key requirements
Degree in Electronic or Biomedical Engineering (BEng, MEng or PhD), or similar
Strong analogue and mixed-signal design, electrochemical signal generation and acquisition, and signal processing/DSP
Experience with PCB design, board bring-up, and low-current, low-noise front ends
Self-starter with a startup mindset; implantable or wearable devices
