About the job

The Program Manager will orchestrate cross-functional programs and projects across Product Development, Manufacturing, and Launch activities. Responsibilities include driving execution, ensuring planning consistency and strategic alignment, managing Product CAPAs, supporting leadership decision-making, overseeing project performance, and leading a team of project/program managers while continuously improving program management frameworks and governance.

Key requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in complex project/program management within the medical device industry or similar.


• Knowledge of EN13485, MDR, and FDA requirements.


• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills; fluent English.
