About the role
In this role, you will build backend systems that make the lab programmable, architect data pipelines for protein characterization data, and develop APIs integrating laboratory instruments and robotics. You will collaborate with scientists and automation engineers to translate molecular biology workflows into scalable software.
Key requirements
Strong experience building production backend systems (Python, TypeScript, Postgres)
Experience with data pipelines and processing heterogeneous data
Experience in API design and systems integration
Interest in biology and high-autonomy, pragmatic mindset
