About the role
The Head of QC & Analytics will own quality control and data integrity across protein assays, ensuring robust analytical readouts and reliable data pipelines at scale. This hands-on leadership role involves defining QC systems, improving data workflows, collaborating with software teams, and automating processes for high-throughput experimentation.
Key requirements
Degree in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biophysics, Bioengineering, or related field
6+ years in protein science, analytical development, or QC
Experience with BLI/SPR assays and data interpretation
