My Pilates classes are open to all members of the Biopôle community. My goal is to make participants aware of their own body to improve posture and well-being. Thanks to my teaching strategy, you can reconnect to your body and learn the Pilates technique.
The final goal is to evolve and gain fluidity, strength, stability, mobility and confidence.
Feeling good in your body is a fundamental benefit. Physical and mental well-being can only be achieved when working on them with a holistic approach.
