If you answered yes to these questions, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Head of Sales for our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.

Superlab Suisse is a rapidly expanding Lab-as-a-Service company based in Switzerland, and we are seeking a Head of Sales to help drive our growth and success. As part of our innovative and forward-thinking team, you will play a key role in driving sales and generating revenue through our state-of-the-art lab-as-a-service facilities.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of sales and business development, as well as experience in building and managing an efficient sales organization. Our sales org will be active across multiple geographies so you must embrace and be excited by an international approach. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience selling to the life sciences industry is a plus. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes and contribute to the growth and expansion of our digital platform offering.

Key qualifications are:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development

  • Experience building and managing an efficient sales organization

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Ability to build bridges to sales, and sales channels to open a new market

  • Previous experience selling to the life sciences industry is a plus

  • Fluency in English. German/French is a plus.
