LEGAL ESSENTIALS: Relations with stakeholders

Biopôle is delighted to partner with Lenz & Staehelin for LEGAL ESSENTIALS, an exclusive series of three interactive seminars focusing on intellectual property (IP) protection, equity incentive plans, taxation and stakeholder relations management

At the third and final session, on Tuesday 4 July, Sevan Antreasyan, Ariel Ben Hattar and Federico Trabaldo Togna will share practical strategies and insights to navigate co-founder relations and departures, establish effective boards and advisory boards, and efficiently manage your cap table, to help you build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive success for your startup.
