Arcoris Bio

Arcoris Bio developed a multiplex signal amplification nanotechnology for the detection of key biomolecules.

Our technology, Multimodal Universal Signal Enhancement (MUSE), facilitates the multiplex detection of transcripts and proteins.

MUSE is sensitive and fast and can be easily incorporated into current In Situ Hybridization and Immunofluorescence workflows.

For the detection of RNA transcripts, MUSE offers a simple, yet powerful alternative to branched-DNA signal amplification. For protein visualization, MUSE overcomes the limitations of secondary antibodies, such as the simultaneous use of up to 5 primary antibodies of identical isotype (ex. rabbit monoclonals).

Currently, we offer signal amplification solutions for fluorescent microscopy (widefield and confocal) and for Imaging Mass Cytometry and CYTOF.

Future developments will expand the use of MUSE for the identification of DNA sequences and for brightfield detection.

We are currently setting up production at the Biopôle and searching for Beta-testers in Switzerland.
